Role & Responsibilities
- Assist developers with daily tasks related to product development.
- Prepare and update collection documents and technical files.
- Create and manage product nomenclatures using internal management tools.
- Coordinate and track shipments for product launches, including fabrics and supplies.
- Support the preparation of collection materials such as master production and fabric books.
- Manage prototype and sample loans to internal departments and manufacturers.
- Oversee VIP and press order launches and tracking.
- Verify fabric stock levels in collaboration with the materials and components manager.
- Initiate and monitor orders with various manufacturers.
- Receive and inspect items before delivery to the Communication department.
Qualifications
- Currently in the 2nd or 3rd year of a fashion school.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and preferably Photoshop.
- Deep appreciation for the luxury and fashion industry.
Skills
Experience
No prior professional experience required, but a foundational understanding of fashion product development is beneficial.
Education
Currently enrolled in a fashion school, 2nd or 3rd year.
