Berluti Paris internship: Assistant Designer (Ready-to-Wear) – 6-month menswear design role starting January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct creative research and develop mood boards incorporating photographic references and conceptual materials
- Assist in design sketching and execute Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop renderings on Mac workstations
- Prepare comprehensive collection plans and design strategies
- Create and refine technical sheets and factory specifications for production units in Italy
- Support the organization and preparation of fittings, photography shoots, and styling sessions
- Liaise with the design studio, marketing department, and Italian manufacturing partners to ensure design coherence and production feasibility
Qualifications
- Training or degree in Fashion Design or Styling
- Demonstrated proficiency in menswear ready-to-wear design
- Expert-level command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Fluency in French or English
- Strong interest in men's fashion and luxury design aesthetics
Skills
Experience
First professional experience in men's ready-to-wear design; familiarity with luxury fashion production and atelier environments is advantageous.
Education
Formal training in fashion design, styling, or a closely related discipline.
