Berluti — Analyst & Operations Assistant, Made-to-Measure (Apprenticeship) in Paris 8th. 12-month apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update commercial KPIs and management dashboards measuring departmental performance.
- Update production performance dashboards and ensure data integrity in the production management platform (Salesforce).
- Support preparation of environmental reports and perform ad‑hoc analyses (inventory, retail point performance, etc.).
- Assist in the organisation and tracking of logistics flows (inbound and outbound) and production follow‑up.
- Support purchasing processes for raw materials and assist with tracking of exotic leathers and CITES compliance.
- Contribute to the update and maintenance of retail tools used by boutiques and subsidiaries.
- Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders (Boutiques, Subsidiaries, Manufacture, Ateliers, Marketing, Quality, Supply Chain) and participate in onboarding training and periodic evaluations by the maître d’alternance.
Qualifications
- Enrolment in a business school or engineering programme with an apprenticeship requirement.
- Multidisciplinary profile with studies or interest in supply chain, analytics and product operations.
- Fluent spoken and written English (required).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (PowerPivot) and strong command of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is desirable.
- Demonstrated interest in luxury and artisanal métiers; high level of discretion, organisation, autonomy and rigor.

Beginner — early‑career candidate. Prior internships or initial experience in supply chain, operations or data/retail analytics are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a business school or an engineering school (alternance/apprenticeship track).
