Berluti internship: 4-month Analyst & Operations Assistant role in Paris, supporting bespoke atelier production and retail operations (September 2026).

Role & Responsibilities

  • Update KPIs and performance dashboards measuring commercial performance of the bespoke department
  • Maintain production performance dashboards and manage data within the Salesforce production management platform
  • Support environmental reporting and conduct ad-hoc business analyses covering inventory, retail points, and related metrics
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking logistics operations both upstream and downstream
  • Provide support in raw material procurement processes
  • Assist in monitoring exotic leather compliance (CITES regulations)
  • Help update and maintain retail management tools
  • Develop working relationships with internal stakeholders including boutiques, filiales, manufacturing facilities, ateliers, and departments across Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or graduate of a business school or engineering school programme
  • Multidisciplinary profile with strengths in analytics, product knowledge, and supply chain fundamentals
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel with PowerPivot mastery
  • Sensitivity to luxury and artisanal craftsmanship sectors
  • Demonstrated rigor, organizational ability, autonomy, and enthusiasm
  • Respect for confidentiality
