Berluti — Paris 8: Apprenticeship Analyst & Atelier Operations (Sur-Mesure), 12-month on-site apprenticeship starting Sept 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update KPIs and dashboards that measure commercial performance for the Sur-Mesure department.
- Update production performance dashboards and manage entries in the production management platform (Salesforce).
- Support preparation of ad-hoc activity analyses (inventory, retail points, environmental reports).
- Assist with upstream and downstream logistics organisation and follow-up.
- Support procurement activities for raw materials and assist in materials ordering processes.
- Contribute to monitoring of exotic leathers and CITES compliance.
- Help update and develop retail tools to valorise the Sur-Mesure activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including boutiques, manufacturing, workshops, marketing, quality and supply chain teams; participate in induction training and periodic evaluations with the apprenticeship tutor.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a business school or engineering programme (apprenticeship track).
- Multidisciplinary profile with interest in supply chain, analytics and product.
- Fluent English required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PowerPivot.
- Sensitivity to luxury and artisanal métiers; respect for confidentiality.
- Demonstrated rigour, organisation, autonomy and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level; suitable for candidates early in their careers and currently enrolled in a relevant degree. Previous internships or academic projects in supply chain, analytics, product or luxury retail are advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school (apprenticeship programme).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
