Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, consultative client experience to drive individual and team sales performance.
- Greet and approach customers to create a welcoming atmosphere and build long-term relationships.
- Recommend merchandise based on deep product knowledge and customer preferences.
- Leverage clienteling tools and mobile devices to engage customers, expand business opportunities and perform follow-up.
- Promote and advise customers on the benefits of the InCircle loyalty program.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the selling floor.
- Ensure audit compliance and adherence to operational policies.
- Demonstrate flexibility to address changing business needs, including supporting team tasks and peak periods.
Qualifications
- Motivated, results-driven approach with strong attention to detail.
- Proven commission sales experience and prior retail experience preferred.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and clienteling tools to communicate with clients.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting and climbing stairs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
