Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; manage transfers and merchandise handling according to store procedures.
- Execute order fulfillment for online and in-store customer orders, including picking, packing and shipping.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back‑stocking; ensure inventory control processes such as reticketing, damage handling and mark-outs are followed.
- Perform merchandise placements, price changes and signage updates under direction of store managers and visual merchandising teams to maintain brand standards.
- Support set-up and tear-down of in-store events and activations and follow all dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably with stockroom, merchandising or fulfillment responsibilities.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by store business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, stair climbing and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and collaborate with store leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum of one year of retail experience required; experience in merchandising, stockroom operations, or e‑commerce fulfillment highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
