Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations in support of sales and customer experience, including stocking, receiving and backstock management.
- Process inbound and outbound freight, transfers and merchandise handling in accordance with store procedures.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; manage order fulfillment workflows.
- Perform merchandising tasks under manager and visual direction: product placement, price changes, reticketing and signage for sales events.
- Conduct inventory-control activities including damage processing, marking out-of-stocks and related documentation.
- Support setup and teardown for in-store events and activations and maintain dock and work-area safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Demonstrable ability to prioritize competing operational tasks with a collaborative, 'win together' mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical tasks as required: standing, bending, stair-climbing and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least one year of experience in retail operations or a related role, with hands-on exposure to receiving, stockroom organization, inventory control and order fulfillment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
