Bergdorf Goodman — Support Associate, Women's RTW in New York. Hourly role handling stocking, fulfillment, merchandising and stockroom operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; perform merchandise transfers and related documentation.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain merchandise standards through accurate placement, price changes, reticketing and signage adjustments.
- Manage back-stock, organize and maintain the stockroom to support floor replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Support visual merchandising and sales events under direction of managers and Visual team; assist with setup and takedown of in‑store activations.
- Follow safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas and report damages or inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a high-volume or luxury environment.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a collaborative, team-first mentality.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift or carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience; experience in merchandise handling, stockroom operations or e-commerce fulfillment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
