Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and prepare inbound and outbound freight; manage merchandise transfers and stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders to ensure timely fulfillment and accuracy.
- Execute merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing and signage under direction of leads and visual teams to maintain presentation standards.
- Perform inventory control tasks including reticketing, damage processing and marking out-of-stocks.
- Support the setup and teardown of in‑store events and activations and follow all dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
- Ability to follow merchandising standards and direction from managers and visual merchandising teams.
- Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds when required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with direct exposure to stockroom operations, receiving and order fulfillment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
