Role & Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch client service on the sales floor and by supporting appointment-led client interactions.
- Assist sales associates with fittings, product presentations and client requests to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Receive, inspect and process incoming merchandise; replenish stockrooms and maintain accurate inventory organization.
- Support point-of-sale transactions and returns; assist with order processing and payment handling when required.
- Maintain boutique standards of visual presentation and housekeeping; implement directional visual merchandising changes as instructed.
- Update clienteling records and appointment schedules; liaise with CRM or clienteling teams to ensure follow-through on client requests.
- Collaborate with the management, merchandising and stock teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and prioritize high-value clientele needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail, fashion or hospitality is a plus.
- Demonstrated professionalism and discretion when working with high-net-worth clients.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
- Capacity to lift and move merchandise (boxes and garments) safely and repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury presentation standards.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–2 years of retail or luxury boutique experience, with prior exposure to client-facing roles and inventory/stockroom responsibilities. Experience supporting high-end womenswear or designer brands is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational coursework or retail-related certifications are a plus.
