Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations supporting merchandising, receiving, transfers and processing of inbound/outbound freight to ensure timely product flow.
- Pick, pack and ship online and in-store customer orders; manage order fulfillment and related documentation.
- Maintain stockroom organisation and back‑stock procedures, including regular replenishment and inventory adjustments.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, markdowns, mark‑outs and other inventory control processes to uphold merchandise standards.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and management to merchandise product, set sale events and signage, and support in‑store activations and event setup/takedown.
- Follow all dock and workplace safety procedures and assist with manual handling tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably within luxury or department store environments.
- Demonstrable flexibility to manage competing priorities and a collaborative, 'win together' mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to perform physical duties required by the role, including standing, bending, stair use and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least 1 year of retail experience, with preference for candidates experienced in fast‑paced, service‑oriented retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
