Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; manage merchandise transfers and related paperwork.
- Pick, pack and ship customer orders for online and in-store fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock processes, perform regular replenishment and inventory control tasks.
- Execute merchandise placements, reticketing, price changes and signage under manager and visual team direction to maintain merchandising standards.
- Support set-up and breakdown of in-store events and activations and follow all dock and workplace safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably within a luxury or department store environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks with a collaborative, 'win together' mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
