Bergdorf Goodman in New York seeks a Support Associate (Schiaparelli) for stocking, fulfillment and merchandise operations. Hourly role in-store.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and merchandise inbound and outbound freight; ensure accurate handling and placement of product.
- Pick, pack and ship e‑commerce and in-store customer orders to meet fulfillment SLAs and brand standards.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back‑stocking procedures to support salesfloor replenishment and inventory accuracy.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, marking out of stocks, damage processing and related inventory control tasks.
- Support visual merchandising teams with product set‑ups, signage, sale events and in‑store activations.
- Assist leads and managers with daily store operations and execute dock and warehouse safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, bending, climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience with hands‑on exposure to receiving, stocking, or order fulfillment in a high‑volume store or distribution environment.
