Bergdorf Goodman in New York seeks a Support Associate — Men's Shoes (onsite): stocking, fulfillment and merchandising. Hourly $19.61–$24.51.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and handle inbound and outbound freight; manage transfers and merchandise flow between sales floor and stockroom.
- Fulfill, pack and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Execute merchandise placements and maintain visual standards under the direction of Managers and Visual Merchandising.
- Perform price changes, reticketing, marking of damaged items and other inventory-control tasks.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom and back-stock areas to ensure inventory accessibility and presentation.
- Support set-up and tear-down of in-store events and activations; move signage and product as required for sales and promotions.
- Adhere to safety procedures across dock and store work areas and assist leads and managers with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience, preferably with stockroom or fulfillment responsibilities.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays per business needs.
- Demonstrated teamwork and a collaborative "win together" mentality.

Experience
At least one year of retail experience with practical exposure to stockroom operations, inventory control and order fulfillment. Candidates must be comfortable performing physical tasks and working a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
