Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process and stage inbound and outbound freight; manage merchandise transfers and backstocking to maintain stockroom organization.
- Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders; perform order fulfillment and packaging according to store standards.
- Execute merchandise placements, reticketing, price changes and product moves to ensure visual and presentation guidelines are met.
- Support Visual Merchandising and store leadership with event set-up/takedown, sale resets and in-store activations.
- Perform inventory control tasks including damage processing, mark-outs and reconciliation activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols on the dock and throughout work areas; assist managers and leads with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year retail experience, preferably in luxury or high-volume specialty retail.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, with a collaborative "win together" approach.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs and lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow visual and operational merchandising standards.

At least 1 year of retail experience, with practical exposure to stockroom operations, order fulfillment or merchandise processing preferred.
