Role & Responsibilities
- Execute daily store operations to support sales and customer experience, including receiving, processing, and staging inbound and outbound freight.
- Perform order fulfillment, packing and shipping for online and in-store customer orders with attention to accuracy and presentation.
- Maintain stockroom organization and back-stock processes to ensure merchandise availability and adherence to visual standards.
- Carry out merchandise placements, price changes, reticketing, mark-outs and related inventory control procedures under manager and visual direction.
- Support setup and breakdown of in-store events and activations and assist Visual teams to ensure display standards are met.
- Follow dock and shop-floor safety procedures and assist leads and managers with ad-hoc operational tasks as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of retail or stockroom experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 35 pounds as required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Experience
At least one year of hands-on retail experience, preferably involving stockroom operations, merchandise handling, or order fulfillment in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
