Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks under direction of leads and managers
- Execute merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy
- Ensure merchandise placement standards are followed throughout assigned areas
- Execute merchandise price changes, reticketing, and product repositioning following markdowns
- Process reticketing, damage assessments, mark outs of stock, and related inventory control procedures
- Maintain back stock organization and stockroom upkeep to maximize efficiency and traceability
- Merchandise products and assist with sale event setup and signage installation under visual team guidance
- Support setup and take-down of in-store events and brand activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail operations or warehouse experience
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Physical capacity to stand, bend, climb stairs, lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Availability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
