Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Stylists in preparing and executing private selling appointments, including garment preparation and client follow-through.
- Ring transactions accurately at the point of sale and manage payment procedures.
- Execute post-appointment activities: order tracking, coordination of alterations, drafting thank-you correspondence and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain and update precise client records and appointment schedules in the CRM / clienteling systems.
- Assist with digital selling initiatives and the store’s social media presence to engage clients and support online sales.
- Organize gifting initiatives and bespoke experiences for top clients as directed by the merchandising or clienteling teams.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure proper tagging, presentation and inventory procedures are followed.
- Ensure fitting rooms and client areas meet the brand’s standards for cleanliness and presentation, liaising with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
- Perform additional projects and ad hoc tasks to support sales floor operations and client service objectives.
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required; prior exposure to luxury or premium retail environments preferred.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets).
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet client and business needs.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, discretion when handling client information, and strong interpersonal skills.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in styling, fashion retail or client-facing luxury retail roles is required; experience supporting personal shoppers or stylists and familiarity with clienteling practices is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
