Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Shoppers by preparing and executing high-touch selling appointments.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point-of-sale (POS).
- Manage post-appointment activities including order tracking, alterations coordination and thank-you correspondence.
- Organize and assist with appointment scheduling and day-to-day client logistics.
- Enter, update and maintain precise client records and CRM data.
- Support digital selling initiatives and contribute to the brand’s social media presence when required.
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and client experiences for top-tier customers.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain fitting-room cleanliness using housekeeping and maintenance services as needed.
- Perform additional projects, tasks and duties related to the Personal Shopping operation as required.
Qualifications
- Previous styling, fashion or fashion-retail experience is required.
- Proficient with Google Suite: Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Spreadsheets.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a service-oriented demeanour appropriate for a luxury clientele.
