Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing private selling appointments
- Process transactions at point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Execute post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling systems
- Enter, maintain, and update precise client information and preference data
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and exclusive experiences for top-tier clients
- Manage merchandise inventory by ensuring unsold items are returned to stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping services
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Styling, fashion, or luxury fashion retail experience required
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets)
- Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
