Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing luxury sales appointments
- Process transactions at point-of-sale systems
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling
- Enter and maintain precise client information and CRM data
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media engagement
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and premium experiences for top-tier clients
- Ensure unsold merchandise is properly returned to stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms
- Execute additional projects and tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Styling, fashion, or fashion retail experience required
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational and attention to detail
