Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Stylists in preparing and executing one‑to‑one selling appointments.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Manage post‑appointment follow up: order tracking, alterations coordination and thank‑you communications.
- Organize and assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
- Enter, update and maintain precise client and clientele information.
- Support digital selling initiatives and contribute to the brand's social media presence.
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and client experiences for top clients.
- Ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock and fitting rooms are maintained with housekeeping support as needed.
- Perform additional duties, projects and ad hoc activities as required by the business.
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion and/or fashion retail experience is required.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with digital selling and social media channels preferred.
- Strong client service orientation, attention to detail and organisational skills.

Experience
Previous styling, fashion or fashion retail experience is required; experience in a luxury retail or clienteling environment is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
