Role & Responsibilities
- Support Personal Shoppers and Sales Associates in preparing and executing client selling appointments.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the POS and manage post-sale activity including order tracking and alterations.
- Maintain and update precise client records; complete appointment follow-up such as thank-you notes and communications.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, digital selling activities and the brand’s social media presence.
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and client experiences for top clients and ensure unsold merchandise is returned to stock.
- Ensure fitting rooms and client areas meet Bergdorf Goodman standards using housekeeping and maintenance services when necessary.
- Undertake additional projects, tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as required by the boutique.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable styling, fashion or fashion retail experience.
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Spreadsheets).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion when handling client information and post-sale processes.

Experience
Prior experience in fashion retail or styling is required; hands-on exposure to personal shopping, appointment support or clienteling preferred.
