Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding, high-touch customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships through consultative selling and personalised attention.
- Implement proven selling behaviours and consistently meet or exceed individual and departmental sales plans.
- Develop and expand a proprietary clientele base through proactive outreach, clienteling and in-store events.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the women's assortment and act as an expert on brands and merchandise.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to maximise sales opportunities, execute trunk shows and client events.
- Perform ad hoc duties to support the sales floor and store operations as required.
Qualifications
- Proven sales record with demonstrable success in meeting or exceeding targets, preferably within luxury or premium retail.
- Client-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with high-net-worth customers.
- Strong product and fashion knowledge within women's apparel and accessories; genuine passion for luxury fashion.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven and dependable; frequently goes beyond assigned objectives and elevates team performance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with vendor partners and internal teams to drive client acquisition and retention.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated success in retail sales, ideally within luxury or premium fashion environments, with experience cultivating a personal clientele and executing consultative selling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; formal training or coursework in fashion, merchandising or retail sales is preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
