Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding, personalized service to build long-term client relationships and repeat business for Schiaparelli.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and departmental sales plans through consultative selling and targeted client development.
  • Maintain deep product knowledge of the brand assortment and communicate key selling points to clients.
  • Collaborate with vendor partners and internal teams to maximise sales opportunities via client events, trunk shows, and targeted outreach.
  • Support ad hoc store initiatives and merchandising tasks to uphold luxury presentation and service standards.
