Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers in a welcoming environment, recommending merchandise based on product knowledge and client preferences
- Utilize clienteling tools and technology to communicate with customers and expand business opportunities
- Promote the InCircle loyalty program and advise clients of its benefits
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and commitment to customer requests
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor
- Ensure audit compliance and demonstrate flexibility to changing business needs
- As Designated Sales Advisor (DSA): oversee regular maintenance and re-merchandising of the brand area

- Drive business by developing partnerships with Personal Shoppers and other store associates
- Provide consistent consumer feedback to buyer and vendor representatives

- Commission sales experience in luxury retail
- Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and product knowledge
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and climb stairs
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
