Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments
- Process transactions at the point-of-sale system
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank-you notes
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information in company systems
- Support digital selling and social media presence initiatives
- Assist in organizing gifting initiatives and experiences for top-tier clients
- Return all unsold merchandise to stock according to protocol
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion, and/or fashion retail experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
