Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, consultative client experience to build long‑term relationships and drive individual and team sales performance.
- Greet and proactively engage customers, recommend merchandise informed by deep product knowledge and customer preferences.
- Leverage clienteling tools and mobile communication to expand business opportunities and execute effective follow‑up on customer requests.
- Promote and advise customers on the InCircle loyalty program to increase retention and lifetime value.
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards across the selling floor and support audit and compliance requirements.
