Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, consultative client experience to drive individual and team sales performance.
- Proactively greet and approach customers, recommend merchandise informed by deep product knowledge and client preferences, and follow up on customer requests to cultivate long-term relationships.
- Leverage clienteling tools, mobile devices and the InCircle loyalty program to expand business opportunities and increase personal sales.
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor and ensure audit and compliance requirements are met.
- Demonstrate flexibility to respond to changing business needs and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
- Proven retail sales experience; commission-based sales background strongly preferred.
- Motivated, results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift and climb stairs as required by store operations.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and remote communication tools to engage clients.

Experience
Previous retail experience, ideally within luxury or designer brands, with demonstrable success in commission-driven sales and building long‑term client relationships. Familiarity with clienteling workflows and mobile sales tools is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary coursework or certification in fashion, merchandising or business is a plus.
