Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional client experience through a consultative, relationship-driven selling approach.
- Greet and proactively engage customers; assess needs and recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and preferences.
- Use mobile devices and clienteling tools to communicate with clients, manage follow-up and expand personal business.
- Promote the InCircle loyalty program and leverage CRM to develop long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor and support operational excellence.

Qualifications

Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary coursework in retail, fashion or hospitality preferred but not required.
