Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing luxury sales appointments for discerning clientele
- Process transactions at point-of-sale terminals and manage payment methods
- Enter and maintain precise customer information in CRM systems to support relationship management
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize and manage Personal Stylist appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
- Coordinate merchandise processing for luxury resale services
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media engagement activities
- Assist in organizing gifting initiatives and premium client experiences
- Ensure accurate stock management and return of unsold merchandise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping services
- Execute additional tasks and projects as required by management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Styling, fashion, and/or fashion retail experience required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in both in-store and remote environments
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skills
Experience
Styling, fashion, and/or fashion retail experience is required. Candidates with experience in luxury retail, personal styling support, or high-net-worth customer service are preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
