Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with Store Equity Manager and Assistant Store Equity Manager to assess and coordinate daily business operations and floor staffing
- Create efficient and flexible staff schedules that accommodate business needs and associate availability
- Coordinate client support, product management (including pre-orders and reserves), and technology assistance across the sales floor
- Maintain adequate supply levels throughout the department and ensure floor maintenance standards are consistently upheld
- Serve as liaison for repairs, services, and client issue resolution, including shipping error handling and return processing
- Monitor email and phone communications throughout the day to stay informed of updates and directives
- Delegate responsibilities to associates for floor maintenance, client issue support, and inquiry routing
- Communicate floor and associate needs to management in a timely manner, with immediate escalation of critical client issues
- Serve as a visible leader on the sales floor, establishing and modeling professional standards for client and associate interaction
- Establish and maintain high standards for floor cleanliness, service quality, and overall shopping experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, operations, or a leadership support role
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Demonstrated leadership presence with the ability to delegate effectively and motivate associates
