Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, embodying Bergdorf Goodman’s service standards.
- Manage reservations, waitlists and guest seating to optimize dining flow and turn times.
- Coordinate with servers, managers and kitchen staff regarding table status and guest needs.
