- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing high-end selling appointments
- Process transactions at the point-of-sale system with accuracy
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank you notes
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling for the personal shopping department
- Enter and maintain precise client information and relationship data
