Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers with operational directives
- Perform merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders according to standards
- Execute merchandise placements and ensure adherence to visual and merchandising standards
- Conduct price changes, reticketing, and signage placement following marked inventory
- Execute reticketing, damages assessment, mark-out-of-stocks, and related inventory control processes
- Maintain back stockroom organization, cleanliness, and efficient inventory management
- Merchandise product and set sale events and signage under managerial and visual direction
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and seasonal activations

Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail operations or warehouse experience
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Google Suite applications
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry items up to 35 pounds
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
