Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, consultative client experience to drive individual and team sales performance.
- Proactively greet and engage customers on the selling floor and recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and client preferences.
- Leverage clienteling tools and mobile devices to expand business, follow up on customer requests, and build long-term relationships.
- Promote and enroll clients in the InCircle loyalty program to enhance repeat business and lifetime value.
- Maintain visual merchandising and presentation standards on the selling floor.
- Ensure compliance with audit and loss-prevention procedures.
- Demonstrate flexibility to changing business needs, including coverage for evenings, weekends and holiday shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment and support store operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven commission sales experience and prior retail sales background.
- Demonstrated motivation, results orientation and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift and navigate stairs as required by the role.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Comfortable using mobile sales tools and working with remote client interactions when required.

Experience
Previous retail sales experience with demonstrable success on commission; luxury retail experience preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail, fashion or footwear coursework is a plus.
