Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain store cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing and performing industrial floor scrubbing as required.
- Sanitize and restock public and staff restrooms, disinfect fixtures, mirrors and replenish consumables.
- Dust and clean displays, counters, shelves, glass doors and windows to preserve a tidy, guest-ready presentation.
- Empty trash and recycling receptacles, replace liners and ensure proper disposal in designated areas.
- Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment (buffers, commercial vacuums) and handle cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines.
- Respond to and remediate spills immediately, report maintenance issues, and support routine upkeep of staff breakrooms and lounges.
- Work flexible shifts, often outside regular retail hours, and perform tasks independently with efficient time management.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina and mobility to stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
