Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized, client-first shopping experience that anticipates needs and cultivates long-term relationships.
- Leverage clienteling tools, mobile devices and the InCircle loyalty program to identify opportunities and grow personal business.
- Recommend merchandise tailored to customer preferences, grounded in deep product knowledge across brands and categories.
- Perform timely follow-up on customer requests and commitments to ensure exceptional service and conversion.
- Maintain visual and merchandise presentation standards on the selling floor and support audit and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
