Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish, trash, and floor areas to the highest health and kitchen standards.
- Operate and maintain the dish machine, including monitoring chemical levels, using chemical testers, and reporting malfunctions to management.
- Use approved sanitizing materials and procedures to clean pots, pans, dishes, flatware, and glassware while exercising care with breakables.
- Empty and manage trash receptacles, and ensure workstations are stocked with required cleaning solutions.
- Support general kitchen preparation and cleaning tasks as needed, collaborating professionally with line cooks, chefs, and front‑of‑house staff.
