Role & Responsibilities
- Champion elevated hospitality rooted in discretion, personalization, and warmth.
- Serve as the first escalation point for complex service situations, resolving concerns with empathy and alignment with the brand.
- Ensure every client interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury retail and white-glove service.
- Partner with Docent Teams to align hospitality tone and floor coverage.
- Collaborate with Store Leadership on service concerns and help resolve them.
- Support event execution and high-profile visits with precision and discretion as needed.
