Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver white‑glove client service in person, by phone and digitally, ensuring discretion and personalization on every interaction.
- Serve as first escalation point for complex client issues; resolve concerns with empathy, speed and brand alignment.
- Greet and welcome clients with poise; manage front‑of‑house operations including phone lines and client check‑ins for pickups.
- Support execution of VIP events and high‑profile visits with precision and confidentiality.
- Maintain immaculate, presentation‑ready client‑facing spaces and ensure accurate processing of service‑related transactions.
- Partner with Docent teams and Store Leadership to align hospitality tone, floor coverage and operational standards.
