Role & Responsibilities
- Champion Bergdorf Goodman’s service values and represent the brand consistently on the selling floor.
- Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with store leadership, merchant teams and brand partners to drive sales growth.
- Design and execute strategies with Selling Leaders to achieve sales targets through both home-base and out-of-home-base selling activities, monitoring sales volume and defined KPIs.
- Partner cross-functionally to support seasonal buy execution, meet key merchandising deadlines and advance ongoing business initiatives.
- Collaborate with brand visual teams to ensure merchandising and presentation align with brand standards and business objectives.
- Prepare business recaps and performance insights; communicate results to stakeholders via executive summaries and seller communications.
- Create and implement client strategies with a clear vision for an emerging VIC (Very Important Customer) program and support client retention efforts.
- Support execution of client-facing events and experiential activations in collaboration with the brand and Bergdorf Goodman teams.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador on the selling floor, modeling elevated service behaviors and driving client engagement.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, brand management, or a client-focused business role.
- Proven track record of supporting business growth and achieving defined performance targets.
- Strong client engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organization and reporting skills with the ability to produce executive summaries.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by business needs.

Experience
3–5 years in luxury retail, brand management or a client-focused commercial role, with experience partnering with merchants and leading sales or client development initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
