Role & Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly between guests, maintaining pristine dining room presentation
- Assist servers and captains to ensure smooth and efficient service during all meal periods
- Refill water, bread, and other table items as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining room, service stations, and back-of-house areas
- Properly handle, polish, and care for fine china, glassware, silverware, and Ginori porcelain
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup, breakdown, and sanitation procedures
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in compliance with New York City regulations
- Anticipate guest and team needs in a fast-paced, high-end service environment
Qualifications
