Role & Responsibilities
- Champion the Bergdorf Goodman brand and assigned vendor (Chanel), ensuring alignment with the store's service values and brand standards.
- Develop and deliver team goals in partnership with BG and vendor leadership to drive sales growth and achieve vendor targets.
- Manage associate performance through coaching, career development, recognition programs and KPI oversight.
- Design and lead client development strategies and retention programs for key client relationships.
- Coordinate collaboration between Bergdorf Goodman and vendor teams for client-facing events, exclusive experiences and collection launches.
- Act as the visual merchandising liaison with vendor teams to support in-store presentation and product availability.
- Plan and schedule vendor training, seasonal marketing, selling ceremonies and operational training.
- Prepare and present comprehensive business recaps and executive summaries for internal and vendor stakeholders.
