Role & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational lead for inventory and product-related processes for the Schiaparelli boutique, partnering with a Support Associate.
- Plan, communicate and execute daily operational goals to ensure efficient boutique functioning and seamless client service.
- Lead inventory preparation, ongoing audits and reconciliation in coordination with the Brand Manager and Business Supervisor to maintain year-round stock accuracy.
- Manage operational projects including collection launch setups, stockroom organisation and return-to-vendor (RTV) coordination in line with store and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate product movements — transfers, damage processing, repairs and off-season rotations — with corporate partners to support merchandising plans.
- Align operational activities with sales targets and appointment schedules, supporting selling leaders and client engagement.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Operations and Selling Leaders across Bergdorf Goodman to support shared team objectives.
- Maintain elevated selling-floor visual and back-of-house standards consistent with the brand and Bergdorf Goodman’s luxury environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in retail operations, inventory management or store leadership.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop team members.
- Strong organisational skills with experience conducting audits and inventory reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with corporate and brand partners.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays; able to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift/carry up to 10 pounds as required.

Education
