Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain a polished, welcoming presence on the sales floor and greet clients with professionalism and attentiveness
- Lead opening and closing procedures in coordination with management
- Provide product knowledge and sales support to associates through inbound client interselling
- Build collaborative working relationships with associates throughout the store
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and stock management
- Support the team in maintaining merchandise protection standards and loss prevention protocols
