Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities for assigned support areas and ensure adherence to store standards.
- Partner with Selling Directors and Support Managers to implement operational strategy and drive client satisfaction.
- Communicate daily operational goals and create efficient team workflows to meet priorities.
- Prioritize and execute multiple store projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage the financial inventory process within assigned areas, including loss prevention and stock accuracy.
- Develop, coach and mentor support associates to build a cohesive, customer service–driven team.
- Ensure adequate daily coverage across areas to maintain operational standards.
- Oversee operations for either a large-volume brand or a midlevel sales floor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably within retail.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop a team with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
