Benefit Cosmetics seeks a Visual Merchandising Coordinator in Mexico City for a permanent, full-time, on-site role. The coordinator executes visual merchandising across Sephora and El Palacio de Hierro, supports store openings and seasonal rollouts, tracks CAPEX and OPEX budgets, and coordinates retail and e-retail execution with internal and external partners.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising initiatives across Sephora and El Palacio de Hierro, ensuring brand visibility, consistency, and commercial impact in line with global guidelines and local market needs.
- Support store openings and seasonal updates, implement planograms and assortments, and coordinate the production, logistics, and installation of visual elements and in-store compliance.
- Assist with tracking and administering Mexico's visual merchandising budget, including CAPEX and OPEX, to monitor investments, timelines, and execution quality.
- Coordinate with retailers, suppliers, field teams, and internal Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Finance, and global teams to ensure operational delivery.
- Support e-retail asset execution, coordinate physical-to-digital retail touchpoints, and help track returns on visual merchandising investments.
Qualifications
- Professional visual merchandising experience in retail, beauty, or luxury, with operational exposure to major department stores and specialty retailers, specifically Sephora and El Palacio de Hierro.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the ability to maintain brand equity and support sell-out performance in a fast-paced retail environment.
