Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create an engaging, brand‑centric experience at the airport point of sale.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly individual and team sales targets; contribute to business growth strategies.
  • Coach, train and develop colleagues to elevate customer service and commercial performance.
  • Manage clienteling activities and grow a loyal customer portfolio through personalised advice and follow‑up.
  • Oversee inventory control and stock management to ensure product availability and visual standards.
  • Plan, organise and execute in‑store events and promotions; produce and submit monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

  • High level of spoken English (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing retail experience, ideally within perfumery or cosmetics.
  • Vocational qualification in aesthetics, makeup or personal image (desirable).
  • Previous travel retail or airport experience is an advantage.
  • Availability to work on site at Palma de Mallorca airport, with full availability from April to October.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of direct, customer‑facing sales experience in perfumery or cosmetics; prior travel retail/airport experience is highly desirable.
